Dreamforce is as much about business as it is about fun. There are so many things to do in these four days that the possibility of you getting overwhelmed by all the action, is highly likely. But before you go ahead and say, “I’ll make sure that I do that, in the next Dreamforce”, go through this list and try and make them happen!
1. Visit The Awesome Booths At The Cloud Expo
The Cloud Expo’s will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM today, and 9 AM to 2 PM tomorrow. Here you’ll witness the largest gathering of cloud computing companies with innovative and interesting technology. Oh, and many of them will be giving out free goodies. So rest assured, you’ll walk out of the Cloud Expo with a bagful of treats and freebies.
When you are at Cloud Expo North, do drop by our Booth #N2230 for a personal demo of Whatfix. We would love to show you how we improve self-service capabilities of web products, ease their onboarding, customer experience, support, and augment all their employee training efforts.
2. Breakout sessions
Earlier, we had shown you how to use the Dreamforce Agenda Builder to set up your 4 day’s agenda and also how you could track the Dreamforce sessions. With two more days remaining for Dreamforce 2015 to end, there are so many upcoming sessions that you’d benefit from. So, irrespective of your industry, company size or role, if you like the concept then don’t hesitate to attend the session.
If you aren’t attending Dreamforce, then here’s how you can watch it live online.
3. Women’s Leadership Summit (9 AM – 6 PM, Yerba Buena Theater)
The Dreamforce Women’s Leadership Summit, which will be held today, will showcase a lot of powerful women like Susan Wojcicki, CEO – YouTube, Jessica Alba, actress turned CEO of The Honest Company, Patricia Arquette, Academy Award Winner & famed humanitarian activist, and many more such dynamic personalities. These women leaders will inspire and push you to be future thought leaders, so make sure you don’t miss out on this opportunity.
4. Dreamfest & UCSF Benefit – Pier 39
The most anticipated event, the concert featuring Foo Fighters, The Killers and Gary Clark Jr. It will be held away from the Moscone center, at the beautiful Pier 70, today evening.
Here’s the schedule:
Gary Clark Jr. – West Stage – 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
The Killers – East Stage – 8:30 PM to 9:45 PM
Foo Fighters – Center Stage – 9:45 PM to 11:00 PM
I don’t think you need any more explanation as to why you mustn’t miss the concert! 🙂
But before you go for it, you could check out our 5 reasons why Foo Fighters at Dreamforce are the best!
5. Mindfulness Keynote
Tomorrow, from 10 AM to 1 PM, let your spirit and mind free. The Mindfulness Keynotes of Dreamforce will feature Goldie Hawn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and David Gelles. And their aim will be to make us delve deeper into our consciousness. So cut yourself some slack and get some peace.
6. Visit the Dreampark
A place with a lot of awesome music (including live karaoke), food, games, programming, opportunities to volunteer for activities, live streams and bean bags where you can sit and relax. The only problem with this place is that once you are here, you won’t feel like going elsewhere.
7. Help the kids – #GivingBack at Dreamforce
This here is the soul touching initiative of Dreamforce 2015 that aims at improving the welfare and education of children all over the world. #DF14 made history by helping raise 3 million meals for the hungry and now #DF15 is focusing on donating 1 million books to schools and libraries around the world. And along with that, Dreamforce is also conducting play-works recess and coding workshops where you can join in as a volunteer and help the kids.
So do lend a hand and help this great cause. Also share your views with the hashtag #DFGives.
