Your body is a temple and you absolutely need to take care of it. Treat working out as one of the important KRAs in your job and it won’t seem like a mundane task anymore. Engage in at least 20 minutes of intense exercise every day to get that brain functioning at its optimum capacity and let the enhanced energy levels keep you perked up. 6. Create a system and automate tasks! – Tony Hsieh, CEO, Zappos.com
There are so many tasks in the day that are repetitive in your work week. And these explicitly needs a system built around them to allow minimum human interference, while keeping maximum results.
