Whatfix Launches Rise 2 Excellence Partner Program to Turbo Charge Partner Growth

March 30, 2023 Whatfix, announces the launch of its new partner program, Rise 2 Excellence, to accelerate partner growth across the Whatfix ecosystem. The program creates a new framework for the joint business growth with partners by helping them build Whatfix competencies to unlock long-term value across their partnership lifecycle with Whatfix.

The Rise 2 Excellence program offers a unique vision, providing a distinctive pathway for partners to excel in Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) sales, marketing, and capability building to drive success in the digital adoption journey of joint customers. The new program envisions performance-linked growth opportunities by providing different tracks for Sales and Delivery focussed partnership journeys with an emphasis on driving more revenue, reward, and recognition for partners.

“The Digital Adoption Platforms category is growing by leaps and bounds. Over the coming years, the growth of the DAP market will be driven significantly by the partner ecosystem. The versatility and industry-agnostic nature of the platform provide opportunities for partners to create impactful offerings and solve critical problems for their clients. It is time for the partner ecosystem to adopt DAP to boost their own and customers’ experiences and business outcomes.” – Sharath Hari N, Practice Director, Everest Group.

Whatfix has designed new actionable personas instead of regular certifications to help partners reinforce and apply the Whatfix value proposition to customer use cases, have more confidence and become better prepared to work with their customers, enhance their technical knowledge of Whatfix DAP solutions to build PoCs, showcase demos, and create other content to enhance customer support and service. The Rise 2 Excellence program also offers an opportunity for partners to attain structured credentials to enhance customer trust in their service providers.

“The success of our partners is a critical priority for our business,” said Vispi Daver, Chief Revenue Officer at Whatfix. “I am excited about the Rise 2 Excellence program as it uniquely provides incentives and opportunities for increased revenue to set our partners apart and supercharge opportunities for growth. Whatfix is creating an opportunity for our partners to differentiate themselves through our technology, innovation, and programming that delivers a highly personalized experience and long-term opportunities for sales growth and customer success.”

Rise 2 Excellence provides a personalized growth path for both current and future partners to help them drive their performance and optimize value from the Whatfix platform for their customers. Dedicated program elements have been designed to improve and measure the efficiency and effectiveness of partnerships as Whatfix aims to create upwards of 70% YoY partner-sourced business growth in the coming years.

By establishing consistent and predictable performance standards, Whatfix will be able to identify high-performance and high-potential partners, dedicate the right resources and support to maximize their success, and provide an enriching partner experience leading to better engagement with their customers and improved customer retention. The program will provide partners with incentives and progressive discounts, as well as opportunities for recognition through the Rise 2 Excellence partner awards. Whatfix is also establishing a partner advisory council comprising the company’s top partners to continue to drive best-in-class partner excellence.
