- Customer lifetime value: CLTV is a metric that represents the total revenue a business can reasonably expect from a single customer account throughout its relationship with the company.
- Gross churn: Gross churn refers to the total percentage rate at which customers discontinue their subscription or stop using a service within a specific period, without considering any new additions or reactivations during the same period.
