Whatfix is Now Available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace

Oracle Cloud Marketplace customers can now use Whatfix, to provide real­-time in-­app guidance on Oracle Cloud applications. With Whatfix, companies that use Oracle Sales Cloud can easily streamline their onboarding, cut costs on their training and enhance their self­-service capabilities, with interactive guides.

Sunnyvale, California (May 2016)­ Whatfix, a SaaS-based Enterprise Software that helps companies with onboarding, customer success, training and documentation via real-­time interactive guides, today announced their solution is now available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace. Whatfix is a solution offered by Whatfix Private Limited (Formerly known as Quicko Technosoft Labs Private Limited), a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).

The Oracle Cloud Marketplace is one of the most comprehensive cloud technology ecosystems, where partners publish applications that addresses the business needs of the users of Oracle Cloud Applications. Oracle Cloud delivers the industry’s widest suite of Enterprise ­level cloud services, that includes Data-as-­a-­service (DaaS), Software-­as-­a-­service (SaaS), Platform­-as­-a­-service (PaaS), and Infrastructure­-as­-a-­service (IaaS).

Whatfix can now leverage the Oracle Cloud Marketplace to reach Oracle’s customer base and help them streamline onboarding and training with live interactive guides. The users of Whatfix on Oracle Sales Cloud can also utilize some of the most innovative aspects of Whatfix, namely the Self-­help widget and Onboarding Task List. The Self-­help widget is a collection of pre­loaded interactive walkthroughs on Oracle Sales Cloud, which gives users real-­time, step-­by-­step instructions, to easily learn and complete their tasks successfully. The Onboarding Task­ List is a widget that can be configured to contain flows that are needed to onboard new users onto a platform.
